Defect Solutions:

• Customized product solutions for defects will be jointly decided by Misens and the customer.

Exclusions:

• Malicious Damage: No after-sales warranty for products maliciously damaged by humans.
• Vandalism: If serious damage occurs due to vandalism, coverage will be at Misens' discretion under the 1-month warranty.

Diagnostic Requirements:

• Pictures and videos are required for diagnostic purposes.

Return Procedure:

• For products damaged by vandalism, return may be necessary for replacement or warranty.
• Coverage under the warranty for vandalism damage will be determined by Misens.
